Terms of Use
By accessing HAMA Auctions you agree to the terms below. These terms govern your use of the platform as a buyer, vendor or visitor.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter binding contracts in your jurisdiction.
2. Account responsibility
You are responsible for activity under your account, including all bids placed.
3. Binding bids
Bids are binding when confirmed. Winning bids commit you to pay the total amount including buyer fees and VAT within the stated deadline.
4. Vendor responsibilities
Vendors warrant they have full title to listed assets and that descriptions are accurate.
5. Fees
Buyer fees and VAT are shown on each listing and apply on top of the winning bid.
6. Platform role
HAMA Auctions facilitates auctions but is not a party to the sale contract between buyer and vendor.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms.
